 · Take Saw Mill River Parkway South to the Cross county Parkway East
 · Take the Cross County Parkway East to the Bronx Rivel Parkway North
 · Where the Bronx River Parkway divides to the Sprain Brook Parkway, 
    remain in the far right line to Bronx River Parkway North.
 · Exit immediately. This will be Paxton Ave.
 · At exit, make left onto Paxton Ave., then make the first right
    onto Milburn St. (nb if you go to Palmer Rd. you missed the turn!)
 · 27 Milburn St. is on the left side of the street.
 · We're on the second floor.

Eastern Westchester:
 · Take the Hutchinson River Parkway South to the Cross County Parkway West
 · Take file Cross County Parkway West to the Bronx River Parkway North
 · Where the Bronx River Parkway divides to the Sprain Brook Parkway,
    remain in the far right lane to Bronx River Parkway North
 ·  Exit immediately. This will be Paxton Ave.
 · At exit, make left onto Paxton Ave., then make the first right

Northern Westchester
 · Take the Bronx River Parkway South to the Desmond Ave. exit.
 · At the exit make a right turn and follow the "H" hospital
    signs to Paxton Ave.
 · Make a left onto Paxton Ave. then the second right onto
    Milburn St.
 · 27 Milburn St. is on the left side of the street.
 · We're on the second floor.

Manhatten (Grand Central Sta or 125 st)
Take Metro North's Harlem line to Bronxville Station.
Exit the train and walk under train tracks heading West
on Pondfield Road. Once out from under the tracks


CAR
New York City
Take Bronx River Parkway Northbound. At divide of Sprain
Parkway and Bronx River, bear RIGHT on Bronx River and
take first Exit at Paxton Avenue. At end of exit, turn
left onto Paxton Avenue. Make first right onto Milburn St.

CAR
Upper Westchester (White Plains/Elmsford)
Take Bronx River Parkway Southbound. Exit at Desmond Avenue.
At end of ramp, make left onto Desmond Avenue. Immediately
turn right onto Midland Avenue. Then take immediately right
onto Rossmore Road. Turn right onto Dewitt Avenue. Make left
onto Paxton Ave. Make second LEFT onto Milburn ave.
